Massage is a therapeutic service—please respect the therapist’s time, space, and expertise so they can best support your needs.
-
Communication is key. Before the session, please fill out any intake form honestly, clearly providing your address, emergency contact, allergies, medical conditions, medications, or areas of concern. The therapist has the right to end a session if the information provided on the intake form, such as your address and emergency contact information is incorrect.
-
Speak up during the session. To respect the therapist please speak up before or during the session, not days after the session. Your therapist can’t read your mind. Tell them if something feels uncomfortable, the pressure is too strong, or if you’d like them to focus on a specific area. If you do not speak up during the session, you don’t give your therapist the chance to provide you what you need and explain you why they do certain things in a certain way.
-
Please don’t arrive earlier than your given massage time. If you did, please wait in your car. I might be ending another session or preparing and sanitizing the space for your session. You will be parking in any available spot in front of the Building 3. Finding an available spot is easy. Your session starts from the time you are on the table.
-
Arrive at the time of your booking. Late arrival cuts into your massage time. When you arrive, please silence your phone. Let yourself relax and de-stress.

-
Whether this is your first massage or your hundredth, everything about the session is adjustable to your comfort. Therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy. You’re welcome to keep your underwear on or remove it—whatever feels right for you. We can customize the pressure, reposition bolsters or the face cradle, and even adjust the table temperature or music volume. While we use a calming Spotify playlist designed to enhance relaxation, we kindly ask that personal music not be played during sessions unless there’s a specific and meaningful reason. Your comfort is always our priority.

-
Massage is a therapeutic and professional service—not sexual in any form. Any inappropriate or explicit behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be asked to leave immediately, will be permanently banned from future bookings, and authorities will be contacted if necessary to ensure the safety of the therapist.
-
To maintain a safe, professional, and healing environment, all clients are expected to respect the physical and energetic boundaries of the massage space. The therapist reserves the right to end the session at any time if those boundaries are crossed in any form.
Examples of boundary violations include (but are not limited to):
-
Attempting to alter the space (e.g., spraying scents or using personal essential oils unless medically necessary and discussed in advance)
-
Insisting on playing personal music
-
Making requests or engaging in behavior that disrupts the therapeutic nature of the session
Your cooperation helps create a respectful, safe, and effective experience for everyone involved.

-
My staff and I love animals. I am a cat mum and might have cat dander on my clothing. If you have pet allergies please let us know through the Massage Form and during your initial phone intake.
-
After the massage, I will leave so you have time to get dressed, and I will wash my hands
-
Payment will be collected after the massage if you didn’t pre-pay online.
-
Tips are always appreciated, but not ever a requirement.
-
Once you book an appointment with The Whole Living, you agree with and accept all the terms and conditions listed here, Massage Form and Intake Form.
