• Client no-shows will be charged the full rate of the massage service. If you were using a gift certificate, that will also be used for the missed appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before appointment) will be charged 60% of the massage rate. What to expect…

If you are a first-time client, please fill out the Massage Form before your appointment.

• Please don’t arrive earlier than your given massage time. If you did, please wait in your car. I might be ending another session or preparing and sanitizing the space for your session. You will be parking in any available spot at the Courtyards complex. Finding an available spot is easy.
• Whether this is your first-ever massage or your hundredth, everything is adjustable. You can undress to your comfort. I can adjust to almost any pressure during the massage. I can also adjust bolsters, face cradle, and even the temperature of the table and music volume in the room.
• After the massage, I will leave to wash my hands so you have time to get dressed.
• Payment will be collected after the massage if you didn’t pre-pay online.
• Tips are always appreciated, but not ever a requirement.
• Any explicit requests will result in your massage ending and you will be charged 150% of the service price. You will be required to leave and also be banned from booking again.
