Meet the Team
Welcome, I am Nevra.
I’m a health and well-being enthusiast who provides wellness programs using holistic body, mind, and soul philosophies. I am also a world traveler, travel advisor and guide who believes in connection and cross cultural interactions. Through these practices and experiences, I assist my clients in reaching and maintaining their fitness goals and mental health. I strongly believe health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and happiness. It is my passion and purpose to teach and lead through these practices and help to better the lives of those around me. Every year between the end of September and October, for two weeks, I take small groups to my motherland Turkey (Istanbul, Ephesus, Bodrum, Turkish Riviera, Turquoise coasts) to share my roots and culture with my students and clients.
I’m a yoga and pilates instructor as well as a licensed massage therapist. Additionally, I offer different wellness retreats and breathing workshops for anyone looking to learn more about self-care, their body, soul, and mind.
I graduated from the East-West College of the Healing Arts in 2021 and have been teaching yoga since 2014. I’m a world traveler with a passion for exploring different cultures. I traveled to four different continents including Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe. I love ballroom dances, traveling, cooking, and learning new languages.
Over the last 15 years, I have lived, studied, practiced, and taught Yoga and meditation on four continents and two U.S. Cities. My Yoga journey started in Istanbul, Turkey, where I grew up. It expanded to Johannesburg, South Africa, Munich, Germany, and finally Portland Oregon. My diverse experience and training have allowed me to be a multicultural, multi-dimensional, and inspiring teacher. I have studied extensively and am certified in Vinyasa and Hatha styles. I integrate Vippasanā meditation and spiritual breathing practices into my teachings.
After 15 years of working at Intel, I decided to pursue my life’s passion by teaching yoga and sharing its benefits. Through my worldly experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of people across a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and ages which enables me to tailor my classes to fit a diverse group of students in unique and refreshing ways.
I look forward to sharing the world of holistic and mindful living with you by unifying our breath, movements, and awareness, and inspiring you to live each day to the fullest by being your best self.

Hello, I am Tuba.
I am from Istanbul and in love with traveling and taking photos of the cities. I studied Visual Communications Design and have special interest towards arts. Drawing and creating kids books is one of my passions among many. Social media, designing marketing materials and web sites is what I am good at.

I have taken outdoor Pilates and Zoom Pilates classes with Nevra. My experience was phenomenal. The outdoor Sunday class is family-friendly, easy to get to, and a great way to start your week. Zoom Pilates is perfect if you like to stay in your own space while getting in an effective workout. Nevra provides a proper full body workout that is spread into 3 days of the week.
