Let’s get together to revitalize and relax through the power of mother earth, soil, and fresh air. Let’s step on the grasses barefoot and salute and greet one another, and exchange positive energy from Spring to Fall on Sunday mornings! We meet at PCC Rock Creek Park Kid’s Playground at 9:00 am on Sundays. Outdoor Yoga classes are held between May -November.

Participation is kept below 20 people. Reserve your spot!

Despite light rains, we will be in a covered area still enjoying the outdoors while staying dry. Although rain can be an obstacle, we will still be able to maintain our peace and practice. For cooler days, please bring your big beach towels and/or blankets to keep you warm during Savasana.

During sunny summer days, we practice under the shade, but please bring your sunscreen and hats along with your mats.
