The following rules are to ensure a safe, professional, and beneficial massage therapy experience for Yourself and the Massage Therapist. If you are a first-time client, please fill out the Massage Form before your appointment.
48 hours notice is required for cancellation. You have to call us and leave a voice message if needed to inform about the cancellation. 9712176939.
Client no-shows will be charged the full rate of the massage service. If you were using a gift certificate, that will also be used for the missed appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before appointment) will be charged 60% of the massage rate.
This is a therapeutic session where the client and therapist exchange energy. Please respect the space, expertise, and time of the therapist. The more comfortable the therapist feels, the better they can address your needs.
Communication is key. Before the session, please fill out any intake form honestly, clearly providing your address, emergency contact, allergies, medical conditions, medications, or areas of concern. The therapist has the right to end a session if the information provided on the intake form, such as your address and emergency contact information is incorrect.
Speak up during the session. To respect the therapist please speak up before or during the session, not days after the session. Your therapist can’t read your mind. Tell them if something feels uncomfortable, the pressure is too strong, or if you’d like them to focus on a specific area. If you do not speak up during the session, you don’t give your therapist the chance to provide you what you need and explain you why they do certain things in a certain way.
Please don’t arrive earlier than your given massage time. If you did, please wait in your car. I might be ending another session or preparing and sanitizing the space for your session. You will be parking in any available spot at the Courtyards complex. Finding an available spot is easy. Your session starts from the time you are on the table.
Arrive at the time of your booking. Late arrival cuts into your massage time. When you arrive, please silence your phone. Let yourself relax and de-stress.
Whether this is your first-ever massage or your hundredth, everything is adjustable. You can undress to your comfort. Therapists are trained in draping to ensure privacy. You can keep or remove your underwear if you prefer. We can adjust to almost any pressure during the massage. I can also adjust bolsters, face cradle, and even the temperature of the table and music volume in the room. Clients can not play their music unless there is a very legitimate reason. Relaxing Massage Playlist on Spotify is the background music during the sessions.
Massage is therapeutic, not sexual. Any explicit requests will result in your massage ending and you will be charged 150% of the service price. You will be required to leave and also be banned from booking again.
If the boundaries are crossed in any form, the therapist has the right to end the session. Spraying the massage therapy room, using your essential oils unless they are required medically, trying to change the space, and requesting to play your loud music are examples of the violation of the boundaries.
My staff and I love animals. I am a cat mum and might have cat dander on my clothing. If you have pet allergies please let us know through the Massage Form and during your initial phone intake.
After the massage, I will leave so you have time to get dressed, and I will wash my hands
Payment will be collected after the massage if you didn’t pre-pay online.
Tips are always appreciated, but not ever a requirement.
Once you book an appointment with The Whole Living, you agree with and accept all the terms and conditions listed here, Massage Form and Intake Form.
