Upcoming Trip 2024

Are You Ready For An Exhilarating Journey?

The goal of the trip is to connect with the destination and learn about its culture and history.

This journey will not only be a vacation filled with fun and sunshine, but it is an opportunity to travel mindfully and purposefully. We will go through breathing, yoga*, healthy food, walking, archeology, and much more while we soak in the rich culture of Turkey.

Historical landmarks let our minds think about life in ancient times versus life now. When we connect our knowledge of history to our physical presence, it is so powerful. It allows you to take a step back and think of how incredible it is to be there knowing what you know, and what personal experiences you get to add to that.

This process is how we truly learn and become more aware of the world around us. With the addition of yoga and mindfulness, we will be equally reminded of our inner strength and tranquility. Being aware of the moments will create deep, personal meaning in the journey which will allow us to be grateful for this life! Being on boats, meeting new people, eating new foods, and living life in a new land will be eye-opening.

It was definitely eye-opening for me to move to the States 7 years ago. This part of the world showcases my expertise. From sweet treats, vibrant city life, and the mindfulness of yoga, both myself and Turkey will be able to teach you so much.

*Joining Yoga practice is optional. Breathing practices are a must.

Our journey will start in Istanbul, including the old city Hippodrome, Galata Tower, Grand & Spice Bazaar, Cistern Basilica, Hamam, Churches, Mosques, Whirling Dervishes, Fortresses, and the Bosphorus Ferry Tour for four days.

Then we will move to Izmir, and visit Pamukkale (Cotton Castle), Şirince village, known as Kirkintzes in Greek, and Ephesus, visiting remarkable Roman and Byzantine ruins.

You will be spending your time on a traditional gulet enjoying the view, sun, and breeze or swimming at the beautiful bays of the Turkish Riviera.

You will witness how green pine forests mingled with blue water, and after spending days, you will still be fascinated with it.

Bodrum

A paradise for its climate, sea, natural beauty, magnificent coves and history, as well as for its modern nightlife where it’s continued on until sunrise.

Bodrum is even home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, a now ruined tomb from 350 BC. Tourists can see what remains of this historic treasure, getting a glimpse into the ancient past.

Our Blue Voyage Boat (Optional depending on the groups consensus)

Ephesus

Ephesus was an ancient port city whose well-preserved ruins are in modern-day Turkey. The city was once considered the most important Greek city and the most important trading center in the Mediterranean region. Throughout history, Ephesus survived multiple attacks and changed hands many times between conquerors. It was also a hotbed of early Christian evangelism and remains an important archaeological site and Christian pilgrimage destination.
