Are You Ready For An Exhilarating Journey?
The goal of the trip is to connect with the destination and learn about its culture and history.
This journey will not only be a vacation filled with fun and sunshine, but it is an opportunity to travel mindfully and purposefully. We will go through breathing, healthy food, walking, archeology, and much more while we soak in the rich culture of Turkey.
Historical landmarks let our minds think about life in ancient times versus life now. When we connect our knowledge of history to our physical presence, it is so powerful. It allows you to take a step back and think of how incredible it is to be there knowing what you know, and what personal experiences you get to add to that.
This process is how we truly learn and become more aware of the world around us. Being aware of the moments will create deep, personal meaning in the journey which will allow us to be grateful for this life! Being on boats, meeting new people, eating new foods, and living life in a new land will be eye-opening.
Our journey will start in Istanbul, including the old city Hippodrome, Galata Tower, Pera region, Grand & Spice Bazaar, Cistern Basilica, Hamam, Churches, Mosques, Whirling Dervishes, Fortress Walls, and the Bosphorus Ferry Tour for six days.
Then we will move to Izmir Kusadasi, and visit the remarkable Roman and Byzantine ruins of Ephesus in the town of Selcuk
Once we land in Western Turkey, we will be enjoying the view, sun, and breeze, and swimming at the beautiful bays of the Turkish Riviera. We will witness how green pine forests mingled with blue water.
